Sludge Cleaner
- Utilized special pump which can suck the sludge under the tank, than filet and send the coolant back to tank. 1 μm particles that could be fileted when equipped with special filter.
- Pneumatic driven (no electric hazard), the minimum start up pneumatic pressure is 0.2 Mpa , air consumption is only 600L/min
- Process capability is 300L/min, which can clean the tank rapidly. (Normal CNC machine’s tank size is about 600L~ 1000L)
- Patent filter design ,which is with good efficiency and easy to clean.
- Patent design “Duo system” that can use for both dry/wet suction operation. Users can also clean out the chips in dry condition (chips that accumulated on machine sheet, or on the bottom of tank/conveyor)
